Red Eye Hitting Tip and Drill

Don't Hit the Chair Drill Place an old folding chair slightly behind and not too close to a batting tee, and practice hitting the ball off the tee, without hitting the chair. You'll probably want to use an old bat for this drill, This drill helps break an upper cutter's bad habit. Make sure that the tee is a little lower than the chair so you swing with a downward motion.

Specialized Individual Player Programs

Our Progressive programs will be held for players 9 - 12 and 13- 17 years old

Programs such as: (All programs will start the first week of March.)

- Recommended for those players in House League, Select and Rep A, AA (Programs will be split according each player's age and skill level)
- Aspiring to become a better player.
- Gain more knowledge of their game or position

Our Advanced programs will be held for boys and girl players 13 and up

Programs such as: (All programs will start the first week of March.)

• Power Pitching (Baseball and Softball)
• Power Hitting (Baseball and Softball)
• Wood bat hitting
• Advanced Catching
  
• Infielding
  
• Outfielding

- A strong emphasis on high performance instruction.
- Recommended for those Rep AA, AAA and elite players who are looking towards the next level.
- Aspiring to become a top-level player (National Team, Provincial Team, Elite travel Teams)
- Players looking to receive a scholarship to a US College or University
- Aspiring to become a Professional Baseball

Our Future Stars Program: (All programs will start the first week of March.)

We also have a Future Stars program for players aged 4-8. This program will allow each and every player the freedom to learn at their own pace. Fun filled program, 30 mins long

We will teach the core basics:

1. How to throw a ball
2. How to hold a bat
3. What directions to run
4. and more
   

This program will run twice a week. We are willing to listen to suggestions from parents on which days this program would best suit their needs.

Instruction: Two instructors will be assigned to each program

1. All players who enrol in our programs will receive a "Red Eye Pro" t-shirt
2. Players who enrol in the "Wood bat program" will receive their own personalized wood bat.

3. **New REP Kinetics**

Also, Red Eye Pro Baseball will be introducing "REP Kinetics". REP Kinetics our Strength and Conditioning component. Learn how to maximize your hips and create more power. Learn how to create whip in your arm and throw harder.

We understand movement...Let us show you how to use it, more effectively.

REP Kinetics is for all sports, not just baseball and softball. However, our primary area will be Baseball and Softball.

Special note to parents: We will also have time for you to workout, as well. You can workout (ride a bike or elliptical machine) while your son or daughter training with their team or in a program.

Red Eye Pro Baseball Centre is coming!!

In late February/early March, Red Eye Pro Baseball will open their new indoor Baseball/Softball Centre to Toronoto/GTA community.

The centre is one of many, but one of two in the Toronto Area. It will service all of Toronto and GTA regions

Along with the very popular Pro-teach baseball facility. The Red Eye Baseball Centre will offer players from rookie ball to Professional baseball a chance to hone their skills year-round.

The Centre will offer:

- 6 Batting Cages (4 with iron Mike machines and 2 stand alone cages)
- 4 Pitching Mounds (2 portable and 2 clay mounds)
- An infield area for team training
- A Sport Kinetics area for in and off-season training for all sports
- Training programs for individual players
- Team and Group Rentals
- Extra hitting area for soft toss and tee work
- An Upstairs Lounge for Parents and Observers
